Nicolas Jackson is “increasingly likely” to leave Chelsea before the end of the summer transfer window, according to a bombshell report from David Ornstein.
The Senegal international has been heavily linked with a departure in recent weeks, following the arrivals of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap for a combined €99.2 million, and a move appears to be on the cards.

The 24-year-old has scored 30 goals in 81 appearances for Chelsea, but he received two red cards in his final five games of last season and Enzo Maresca’s side are open to a sale if they receive a suitable offer.
Chelsea would be keen to keep Jackson due to their participation in the Champions League, however he is “increasingly likely” to secure a Stamford Bridge exit, as per Ornstein.
The former Villarreal striker reportedly has suitors in the Premier League and across Europe, and updates regarding his future are expected to follow over the next few days.
Jackson boasts an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €65.2m, but FootballTransfers understands that Chelsea would demand a fee of around €80m to sanction a sale.
Who will Chelsea sell this summer?
Chelsea have already earned €151.6m through player sales so far this summer, while that figure will exceed €230m once several agreed deals are formally announced. In addition, The Athletic state that Maresca’s side are “forecasting” another €115m to €173m before the end of Transfer Deadline Day on 1 September.
If the Blues are able to achieve this, they stand to earn a total of at least €345m in sales this summer.
In addition to Jackson, Chelsea are also in talks over the potential departures of Axel Disasi, Ben Chilwell, Renato Veiga, Christopher Nkunku, Raheem Sterling and several others.
Carney Chukwuemeka is also edging closer to securing a permanent move to Borussia Dortmund after a fruitful loan spell with the Bundesliga outfit during the second-half of last season.
