Garnacho CONFIRMS Chelsea move: Man Utd star leaves in controversial style
Alejandro Garnacho is at Stamford Bridge for Chelsea's derby clash with Fulham, confirming that he is set to join the Blues from Manchester United.
The Argentina international has signed for the West London club from Man Utd in a €46 million deal after being pushed out of Old Trafford by Ruben Amorim. Garnacho was bluntly told by the Portuguese to find himself a new club after the Europa League final.
The 21-year-old completed his medical on Friday and penned a seven-year contract with the Blues. The deal has not yet been officially announced by Chelsea, but Garnacho has now all but confirmed his transfer.
The youngster was spotted in the stands at Stamford Bridge ahead of Chelsea's Premier League match against local rivals Fulham, with the Argentine hard to miss after bleaching his hair in anticipation of his move.
It is a fitting end to a transfer saga that has, for the most part, played out in a very public fashion. From Amorim's transfer-listing of the player to Enzo Maresca confirming Garnacho's arrival at Chelsea on Friday, this deal has been one of the least secretive transfers of the summer.
Chelsea's busy summer continues
Garnacho is set to be officially unveiled by Chelsea as their ninth summer signing imminently, but he won't be their last. It has been an incredibly busy window yet again, and the Blues will continue to wheel and deal until Deadline Day.
Facundo Buonanotte is poised to join the club on a straight season-long loan from Brighton as an alternative to Xavi Simons, who has moved to Tottenham. The deal does not include a purchase option or obligation, but Chelsea will have matching rights for the Argentine next summer.

Additionally, owners BlueCo are also set to bring in fellow Brighton attacker Julio Enciso, who is earmarked as a future player for Chelsea, although he will initially join sister club Strasbourg in a €20m deal.
Despite the impending arrival of Buonanotte, Chelsea are also keeping in contact with the camp of Barcelona attacking midfielder Fermin Lopez in a bid to convince him to leave Catalunya.
