Manchester United have officially completed the signing of Le Havre forward Enzo Kana-Biyik.

The 18-year-old has reportedly signed a five-year contract at Old Trafford and he has immediately been sent out on loan to Lausanne-Sport in Switzerland, who are also owned by INEOS.

Kana-Biyik scored nine goals in 18 games for Le Havre’s U19 side last season and he was included in their senior matchday squad on two occasions, although he failed to make his first-team debut during his time at the club.

The teenager, who is a France U18 international, has joined Man Utd on a free transfer, but the Red Devils will be forced to pay Le Havre a compensation fee due to FIFA rules.

He is Man Utd’s third signing of the 2025 summer transfer window, following the arrivals of Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Matheus Cunha for €74.2 million and Cerro Porteno defender Diego Leon for €4m.

Man Utd’s summer transfer plan

In addition to the aforementioned three summer signings, Man Utd are also hoping to finalise the signing of Brentford winger Bryan Mbeumo.

The two clubs have been locked in negotiations for weeks, although Ruben Amorim’s side are yet to match Brentford’s asking price of roughly €80m.

Mbeumo, who scored 20 Premier League goals last season, is eager to secure an Old Trafford transfer, but he has been left frustrated by the lack of progress in recent weeks and is hoping the deal will be wrapped up shortly.

Man Utd are also in the market for a goalkeeper, a centre-back, a wing-back, a central midfielder and a striker as Amorim targets a major summer rebuild. However, they are currently focused on completing a deal for Mbeumo.

Meanwhile, they are determined to finalise the permanent sales of Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Tyrell Malacia and Antony before the start of the 2025-26 campaign.
