Man Utd are facing up to another major transfer window where they desperately need to find the secret to success.

It's now 11 years since the Red Devils last won a Premier League title - in the last season with Sir Alex Ferguson at the helm.

Since then, it's been false start after false start, with no season more frustrating than the current one.

United again showed their defensive fragility in London on Thursday night in a 4-3 loss to Chelsea, putting even more pressure on beleaguered manager Erik ten Hag.

Off the pitch though there is now great hope with Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS acquiring 25% of the club from the Glazers, AND crucially taking over all football operations.

No more Ed Woodward, and hopefully a structure which can set up the club for future success. Expect many players to leave and several to come in.
