Serie A giants set €50m asking price for Man Utd target

Inter Milan have set a €50 million asking price for Italy international Federico Dimarco amid transfer interest from Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
The Nerazzurri want to extend Dimarco’s stay at San Siro and are prepared to double his annual salary of €2m in order to keep him at the club.
However, they face competition for the Italy defender as Man Utd and PSG are both paying close attention to his situation at Inter, according to Calciomercato.

Dimarco, 25, has previously attracted interest from Chelsea and Manchester City, as per 90min, while Newcastle United sounded out a move for the Inter star back in July, as exclusively reported by FootballTransfers.
Inter are set to negotiate a new deal with Dimarco, but an agreement has not yet been reached.
Calciomercato have reported that Inter value him at a minimum of €50m, amid transfer interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs, but Dimarco reportedly wants to stay at San Siro.

What has been said?
After their win against Empoli in September, the Italian said: “I don't think there will be any problems, I certainly want to renew my contract with Inter."
Inter chief executive Giuseppe Marotta also spoke about Dimarco's future after that game, and insisted: "Dimarco proves the sense of belonging towards the club, we are happy and proud. He keeps improving and he is still very young. We'll soon meet to discuss a contract extension.”
Dimarco currently has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of just €16m, as per FootballTransfers’ AI-driven in-house algorithm, while his current contract at Inter is due to expire in June 2026.
Man Utd are reportedly keeping tabs on Dimarco following a left-back injury crisis that saw Sergio Reguilon signed on loan during the summer after injuries to both Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.
Reguilon is now unavailable for selection too, with Victor Lindelof forced to play at full-back against Brentford before the international break.
