Leverkusen in talks to sign out-of-favour Premier League winner

Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly in negotiations with Leicester City for winger Demarai Gray.

Having already signed Timothy Fosu-Mensah from Manchester United this month, Leverkusen are believed to be looking to the Premier League once again as they eye reinforcements out wide.

According to SPORT1, Leicester are demanding a fee of around €2m with the player in the last year of his contract at the King Power Stadium.

Gray has fallen out of favour under manager Brendan Rodgers, making just the one sub appearance so far this season with new signings Cengiz Under and Dennis Preat preferred out wide.

The former England U21 international has played a total of 133 games for the Foxes and was part of the Premier League title-winning side of the 2015-16 season, his first at the club.
