Man Utd free transfer signing ANNOUNCED

Manchester United are ready to make another summer signing official after completing a deal to snap up Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Cunha arrived at Old Trafford in a high-profile move worth €73 million in a transfer that was formally completed on Thursday.
Now the Red Devils are poised to complete a very different type of deal, with rising star Enzo Kana-Biyik close to joining from Ligue 1 side Le Havre on a free transfer. It is a move that echoes the deal that initially brought Paul Pogba to Old Trafford as a teenager, and United will hope that their new signing can achieve similar success to the World Cup winner.
The Manchester Evening News reports that there are just some “regulatory steps” to be taken before the deal is announced.
Marseille and Monaco had also been chasing the young talent, who Le Havre fought to retain.
It’s unclear what Man Utd have planned for talented striker Kana-Biyik in the short term, despite Le Parisien claiming last month that he will move on loan to Ineos club FC Lausanne. Nothing immediate is planned for him, according to the MEN.
The 18-year-old made the bench once for Le Havre’s first team but was never handed his debut for the club, which struggled for goals in France’s top-flight last season.
Instead, he played primarily for the U19 side, scoring eight times in 15 league matches as Le Havre finished 10th in the regionalised 14-team National Championship Group A.
What type of player is Enzo Kana-Biyik?
Kana-Biyik, who was born in Paris but is of Cameroon origin, is a centre-forward who has many qualities that have attracted Man Utd.
His game combines power, positional awareness and a strong finishing ability.
Scouts are said to have been impressed with his flair and his ability to break through in duels, not to mention “astonishing” mobility for a player of his size.
