2025 was one such final where PSG met and obliterated Inter Milan 5-0. A crushing victory for Luis Enrique's side that allowed them to win their first-ever Champions League.

The win also seals PSG's first Treble, and coach Luis Enrique's second Treble 10 years after having won it with Barcelona in 2015. It was a truly historic night.

But is it the biggest win in Champions League final history?

The biggest win in Champions League final history

The most goals scored in a Champions League final is 7 goals, which Real Madrid fired beyond Eintracht Frankfurt in 1960. However the German side managed to scored three times on that occasion, making 1960 the highest scoring final but limiting Madrid's winning margin to 4 goals.

That winning margin was matched in 1974 when Bayern Munich beat Atletico Madrid 4-0 in a replay afer the first-leg finished 1-1.

AC Milan matched that winning margin with two more 4-0 wins.

The first win came in 1989 when they thrashed Steaua Bucharest 4-0 at the Camp Nou. And the second was in 1994 when Milan thrashed Johan Cruyff's Barcelona 4-0 in Athens.

But all of those wins were destroyed in Munich this year, when PSG ripped Inter Milan to shreds with the first-ever five goal winning margin in a Champions League final.

PSG's 5-0 win, settled in the 86th minute when 19 year-old Senny Mayulu came off the bench to add to the goals from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Desiree Doue and Achraf Hakimi.
