The countdown to the 2024 European Championship in Germany is on, with the tournament scheduled to begin on 14 June.

The full group stage draw has been made and preparations are well underway as countries across Europe aim to achieve glory this summer.

Although the main focus of every player is to win the tournament with their nation, the top goalscorer and top assists race is also hotly contested during every edition of the Euros.

The race to end Euro 2024 as the player with the most assists is set to feature some of the continent’s biggest stars.

Who are the are the favourites to provide the most assists at Euro 2024?

Kevin de Bruyne has been an assist machine for both Manchester City and Belgium over the past few years and he will be looking to fare even better than last time after registering two assists at the delayed Euro 2020.

Kylian Mbappe may feature near the top of the Golden Boot chase, but the France star may also amass several assists, while his team-mates Antoine Griezmann and Ousmane Dembele will also play a key role.

Dani Olmo will be looking to go one better than last time after finishing second at Euro 2020 and his Spain compatriot Nico Williams may also be a contender.

Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden and Bukayo Saka will likely lead England’s contingent, while Jamal Musiala and Leroy Sane will be vital in Germany’s hopes of a triumph on home soil.
