The agent of Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies has added fuel the fire of transfer rumours suggesting that the left-back could join Real Madrid next summer.

Davies has been linked with Los Blancos for several years but the intensity of these links has picked up in recent weeks, with Carlo Ancelotti’s side looking weak in that area and resorting to fielding midfielder Eduardo Camavinga in that role at times, seeing him jokingly branded 'Patrice Evra' by Jude Bellingham on Instagram.

The 22-year-old would be a logical addition to the squad at the Bernabeu given his profile as a young up-and-coming talent.

And Nedal Huoseh has admitted that Davies keeps in touch with former Bayern teammate David Alaba, stating that he would like a reunion with the Austria international.

“He played with Alaba for 3 years. They are friends, they talk all the time, the conversations they have together in private. Davies doesn’t share with me all the information about it, but I’m sure David would like to play with him again,” he told 365 Scores via Marca.

Davies hot transfer property

Huoseh did, however, play down the prospect of an immediate move, though he did indicate that there are no shortage of suitors for the former Vancouver Whitecaps ace.

“There is interest from many teams,” he said. “I read the same articles on the Internet, but in the end we will see what happens in the coming months. I’m sure Real Madrid are one of the clubs that would like to sign Davies, along with several English Premier League clubs as well. They all want to have one of the best left-backs in the world.

“Alphonso loves Bayern, he started his professional career there. He has nothing against the club, but like any player, you as an agent don’t know what’s going through your player’s mind 100% of the time. In the end you want your player to be happy, he is the one who plays.”

Davies has played 163 times for Bayern, chipping in with eight goals and 28 assists.

He has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €47 million and a contract that runs until 2025, which means his future will be in some doubt next summer if no new deal has been agreed.
