Eden Hazard may be offered a way out of Real Madrid as there is interest from Premier League sides in ending his nightmare in the Spanish capital.

Hazard joined Real Madrid in 2019 but his spell has been troubled by injuries and the club are keen to get him off their books in the coming months.

The Belgian arrived with loads of promise, having enjoyed one of his best individual seasons with Chelsea in the year before, as well as a great World Cup the year prior.

However, he suffered an injury early on in his spell and things haven’t been the same for him, with the winger missing much of the last three years.

Hazard could return to England

Now, he’s been given a second chance in the Premier League as its been reported that both Newcastle and Aston Villa are interested in taking him away from the Santiago Bernabeu.

El Nacional say that the Spanish and European champions have lost faith in the Belgian player and that he has told his compatriot Thibaut Courtois that he’ll be looking to leave the club in the winter.

It’s believed that Hazard will cost just £17 million, which may still be considered a risk for some given his fitness issues in recent times.

Hazard was keen to revive his Real Madrid career at the end of the last campaign, saying: "Madridistas, I've been here for three years with many injuries, with many things. But next year I'm going to give it all for you."

Despite his injury problems, Hazard has won two La Liga titles and one Champions League honour in his time at the club, however, he hasn’t the biggest contributions to wins.

In his three-and-a-half seasons at the club, he has missed a total of 72 matches, blighting his spell at his dream club and there is a sorry ending to his spell on the horizon.
