Barcelona are set for a busy end to the transfer window, with several departures planned before the transfer deadline is reached this week.

The club want to clear their wage bill in order to bring in some players in the future, and as many as five players could leave the club in the last three days of the transfer window.

Xavi wishes to add more full-backs to his team and that could only be achieved through the sale of some players, with deals in place for a few of them to move away.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Ez Abde, Martin Braithwaite, Sergino Dest and Miralem Pjanic are the names that could leave in the final days of the transfer window.

Barcelona planning departures

Aubameyang is the most likely to go from that group, as Barcelona are in negotiations with Chelsea for his transfer and a move could be completed soon.

The two clubs have been in talks and Thomas Tuchel wants the deal to happen, with there being an eagerness to reunite with his former forward.

Braithwaite has offers from elsewhere but is unwilling to leave, which means the club may have to terminate his contract, and the Blaugrana will have to fork out a fee to get that done.

Dest has also been told he can leave by Xavi, and hasn’t featured in any of Barcelona’s opening La Liga games this season, with Manchester United reportedly interested in him.

Ez Abde could make a loan move, with Osasuna reportedly close to signing the player, while Pjanic has offers from Al Nassr, in Saudi Arabia.

Depay was also another player that could've left, with a move to Juventus seemingly close, but those talks broke down over personal terms and the Bianconeri brought in Arkadiusz Milik instead.

Like Dest, Manchester United have also been linked with a move for Depay, while there is interest from fellow La Liga side Real Sociedad, although they just signed Alexander Sorloth.
