Chelsea back in for Fermin

Chelsea remain interested in Barcelona attacker Fermin Lopez, CaughtOffside claims.

The Blues made a bid for the Spain international in the summer of 2025, but the player had no intention of leaving Barcelona, and he signed a new long-term contract in January.

The Blues are still keen, with one source claiming that they are “considering a massive bid,” potentially worth €100 million. PSG, meanwhile, are said to be readying a “serious” €80m offer.

Como’s Paz decision

Como have no intention of selling Nico Paz amid “growing interest” from Premier League suitors, as per TEAMtalk.

The Argentine playmaker has been attracting English attention ever since his breakout season in Serie A, with Arsenal, Chelsea and Man Utd frequently associated with a possible move.

A January transfer is being completely ruled out by Como, while a summer transfer could require a fee north of €100m. Paz’s former club Real Madrid will be able to re-sign him for €80m next year.

Brunner in demand

The same outlet also writes that AS Monaco striker Paris Brunner is drawing interest from Arsenal and Chelsea.

The 20-year-old has scored prolifically so far this season, but Monaco could be forced to cash in on him as early as January in order to resolve their financial issues.

This has attracted the attention of suitors, and it has been posited that Brunner could be signed in January and then loaned back to Monaco for the remainder of the season.

Ramon future uncertain

Como defender Jacobo Ramon is facing an uncertain future as clubs queue up to sign him, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

Similar to the Nico Paz situation, Real Madrid hold a buy-back clause for the centre-back. Reports in Spain have suggested that Los Blancos intend to exercise it in 2027, but Ramon is said to have doubts about a return to the club as he wants to be a guaranteed starter.

The 21-year-old is also being courted by various Premier League clubs, most notably Arsenal, Chelsea and Man Utd. Ramon is unlikely to be available for less than €50m.

Chelsea eye Trent

Chelsea hold a "confirmed" interest in Real Madrid right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, Simon Phillips asserts.

The England star is being linked with various Premier League clubs due to his ongoing struggles to get into Jose Mourinho's team, although it has been reported that Trent remains determined to stay and fight for his place.

Nevertheless, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have been associated with a possible move for the 28-year-old, and it is now being claimed that a "top source" has corroborated the interest from West London. The Blues' links with Trent are said to be "fully legit."
