Lille have set a price tag of €45 million to €50m for their highly-regarded central defender Leny Yoro ahead of what is sure to be an almighty rumble for his signature this summer according to the latest reports.

Yoro, 18, is under contract with his current club until 2025 and Lille are going to have to cash in during the upcoming transfer window in order to safeguard against losing him for free next year.

There is huge interest in the centre back, who has caught the attention of most of Europe’s top clubs.

It was revealed in March that Yoro’s entourage preferred a move to Real Madrid in order to hook up with his compatriots like Kylian Mbappe, Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni.

Real were also reported to be willing to exchange money this summer for Yoro and allow him to remain with Lille for one more season.

Madrid have struggled due injuries in the central defensive area with the likes of Eder Militao and David Alaba among their long-term absentees this term.

Club captain Nacho Fernandez, meanwhile, is going to leave on a free.

There is further interest in Yoro from closer to home in the shape of Paris Saint-Germain but Lille would prefer to not sell him to a French rival.

Among the European giants, Bayern Munich are also reported to be interested with question marks surrounding the likes of Kim Minjae and Matthijs De Ligt.

In the Premier League, CaughtOffside reports that Manchester United are expected to be in the shakeup for the French under-23 international amid high-profile departures at centre back.

Raphael Varane has already confirmed his departure and Jonny Evans is also expected to leave,

Liverpool will be shopping for a centre back of their own now that Joel Matip is going and there is uncertainty over Joe Gomez too.

The latest report also lists Arsenal and Newcastle United as interested parties.
