Barcelona have '40 PER CENT CHANCE' of signing Rashford - Fabrizio Romano

Barcelona have a 40 per cent chance of signing Manchester United outcast Marcus Rashford this summer.
That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who has talked up the probability of Rashford joining his dream club.
Barcelona have made Luis Diaz their priority target for the left wing this summer but if they are unable to land the Liverpool star, then Rashford is their backup alternative.
And Romano believes there is a decent chance that Rashford, who is transfer listed by Man Utd, could end up in Catalunya.
Rashford to Barcelona?
“Barcelona has Rashford on their list of three or four winger options, and his transfer probability is estimated at 40%," Romano said.
"Meetings have been held with his brother, and he has visited Barcelona several times. The player has a strong desire to move to Barcelona and play in Spain.”
Nicolo Schira reported recently that Barcelona have already offered Man Utd a loan with the option to buy.
United currently are demanding a permanent deal with a transfer fee of €45 million.
Rashford is understood to be desperate to make a move to Barcelona this summer, so that could help sway United in negotiations.
Barcelona are in the market for more wide attackers this summer to help take the pressure off Lamine Yamal and Raphinha.
The 27-year-old Rashford joined Aston Villa on loan in January until the end of the season with a reported option to make the deal permanent for around €47.5 million.
However, Villa decided against making the move permanent and he has now returned to United.
The 27-year-old has immediately gone on the market as his Man Utd career is over.
He was placed on the market initially in January after the controversial interview with Henry Winter before Christmas.
The attacker admitted that he was “ready for a new challenge” and he was subsequently exiled from the squad before joining Villa.
Rashford impressed at Villa at the start of his loan, earning him a recall to the England national team squad.
In total he managed two goals and four assists in all competitions for Villa.
Rashford has made 426 appearances and scored 138 goals at Manchester United.
He has been capped 62 times by England, scoring 17 goals.
