Chelsea prepare NEW Gittens bid as Dortmund demand €70m

Borussia Dortmund are demanding €70 million from Chelsea for Jamie Gittens.
Chelsea are currently in talks to sign the English winger from Dortmund and tabled a first offer this week.
Christian Falk reports that that first offer of €42 million was rejected by Dortmund.
The German side are demanding €70m in order to sell the player.
Chelsea talks for Gittens
Falk adds that Chelsea are now preparing a second transfer bid.
They are keen to sign the 20-year-old before the Club World Cup transfer deadline on June 10 so they have him in time for the tournament.
The England youth international has become the Blues' priority target for the left-wing position this summer.
According to David Ornstein of The Athletic the attacker is determined to leave the Bundesliga side.
In fact, Chelsea have already managed to agree personal terms with Gittens. The 20-year-old will sign a seven-year deal at Stamford Bridge should a club-to-club agreement be reached.
Gittens is keen to make the move to Chelsea and is said to be only giving consideration to the West London club at present.

It remains to be seen how much Chelsea's second offer for Gittens will be.
The German side demanded a whopping €100m for Gittens in the January transfer window but his value decreased after a bad second half to the season.
As things stand, it is unclear if Chelsea will be able to thrash out a deal before the Club World Cup deadline on June 10.
Should they manage to strike a deal after the initial window closes, they could still register him for the knockout stages if they get that far in the tournament.
