Chelsea have spent the most money of any club in world football so far this summer, with 11 first-team signings arriving at Stamford Bridge for a combined price of €408 million. Morgan Rogers is the most expensive at over €135m, while they have addressed their lack of experience with the additions of Jordan Henderson and Danny Welbeck.

Tottenham Hotspur, meanwhile, have signed Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes and Jan Paul van Hecke for over €260m combined, and they have also added Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Martin Dubravka on Bosman deals. They have reached an agreement to sign Man City winger Savinho and they are eager to land Omar Marmoush and Cody Gakpo too.

Arsenal have strengthened Mikel Arteta’s squad with the signings of Bruno Guimaraes, Ezri Konsa, Christos Tzolis, Piero Hincapie and Illan Meslier, and Liverpool have added Jeremy Jacquet, Victor Munoz and Ronald Araujo.

Andrey Santos, Youri Tielemans, Karl Darlow and Tynan Thompson have all joined Man Utd, with Baleba set to arrive shortly, while their arch-rivals Man City have completed deals for Elliot Anderson, Mathys Detourbet, Jeremy Monga, Pierce Charles and Geronimo Rulli.

Elsewhere in Europe, John Stones and Djed Spence have signed for Inter Milan, Goncalo Ramos has joined AC Milan for a whopping €74m, and Randal Kolo Muani and Kerim Alajbegovic have arrived at Juventus. In addition, Bayern Munich have signed Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari, and PSG have purchased Maghnes Akliouche, Mika Godts and Ferran Torres.
