The summer transfer window is officially open for all clubs in Europe’s top five leagues and several high-profile moves have already been announced ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Premier League clubs are expected to dominate the market yet again, but the biggest teams in Europe are also set to spend big, with many of them having already confirmed huge deals.

Barcelona, for example, have signed Newcastle United forward Anthony Gordon for €80 million and Real Madrid have added Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva and Ibrahima Konate, with Denzel Dumfries on his way too.

In addition, Bayern Munich have agreed a deal for Germany left-back Nathaniel Brown and Paris Saint-Germain have been informed that Yan Diomande wants to join the club, despite significant interest from Liverpool.

Although Andoni Iraola’s side are set to miss out on Diomande, they have already signed Victor Munoz and Jeremy Jacquet this summer, with several others expected to follow suit.

Meanwhile, Tottenham have signed Mateus Fernandes, Jan Paul van Hecke, Andrew Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Martin Dubravka, and Chelsea have added Marco Palestra, Geovany Quenda, Emmanuel Emegha, Dastan Satpaev and Denner.

Arsenal want to sign Aston Villa attacker Morgan Rogers and PSG winger Bradley Barcola, while Manchester City are on the verge of announcing the arrival of Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest.

Despite confirming the signing of Gordon, Barcelona remain in the market for another forward and it’s understood that Julian Alvarez is their top target for the role.
