Julian Alvarez to Chelsea?

Chelsea are reportedly preparing a €150 million bid for Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez as they look to beat Barcelona to his signature next year.

Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are both known admirers of the 25-year-old, while Chelsea have now reportedly joined the race to sign him, despite the fact that Emanuel Emegha will arrive at the club from Strasbourg in 2026.

This has been confirmed by Spanish publication Fichajes, who claim that Chelsea are even preparing a €150m offer for the Argentina striker, which would make him the most expensive player in Premier League history.
