Man Utd 'keeping tabs' on former Chelsea wonderkid

Manchester United are keeping tabs on Nottingham Forest winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to a report.
The former Chelsea wonderkid has managed to revive his career at the City Ground after failing to live up to the hype at Stamford Bridge. Plagued by injuries and coming off a hugely disappointing loan at Bayer Leverkusen, Chelsea cut ties with Hudson-Odoi in 2023.
Forest snapped him up for a measly €3.5 million, and it has proved to be a masterstroke. The 24-year-old now boasts an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €30.2m and was even linked with a €47m move away last summer.
In terms of his numbers, Hudson-Odoi still has a way to go before he can be considered a very good Premier League player as five goals and a pair of assists is nothing to write home about for a winger.
However, there is no denying that the three-time England international has had a great impact at Forest, especially considering his trifling transfer fee.
Man Utd monitoring Hudson-Odoi
Indeed, Hudson-Odoi's performances haven't gone unnoticed, and Sky Sports now claims that Man Utd are 'keeping tabs' on the attacker, although there appears to only be tentative interest so far.
Forest, for their part, are presently in negotiations with the 24-year-old over a new deal as his current contract expires in the summer of 2026. Failure to agree terms could see the Champions League-challengers engage with offers in the upcoming window.

In addition to Man Utd, the report adds that Roma and Napoli are also interested in Hudson-Odoi, who has missed Forest's past two games through injury.
The former Chelsea youngster will clearly be one to watch this summer, but it remains to be seen if a shock move to Old Trafford can materialise or if he will head elsewhere.
