Arsenal send scout to watch THREE planned summer signings

Arsenal are raiding Sporting Lisbon for THREE players this summer.
That is according to Portuguese newspaper Record, who report that the Gunners are not only planning to sign Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting.
The interest in Gyokeres is already well known. Arsenal are leading the race for the prolific Swede ahead of major competition such as Man Utd, Chelsea and Barcelona.
Gyokeres is understood to favour a move to the Emirates, with reports circulating that he has already agreed personal terms with the club. Having scored 52 goals this season, Arsenal have no doubts over his qualities.
Trincao and Diomande to follow?
Record adds, though, that Arsenal are also planning to sign Gyokeres’ Sporting teeamates Trincao and Ousmane Diomande.
Arsenal are in the market for another winger this summer in order to ease the burden on Bukayo Saka but also add further firepower to a misfiring attack.
Record claims that Arsenal sent their head of recruitment James Ellis sent a scout to watch Sporting CP’s 1-1 league draw against Benfica at the Estadio da Luz, where Trincao scored.
Ellis is said to have been very impressed by the winger and Arsenal are now ready to make a move for the player. They are ready to offer double the salary he currently earns in Portugal.

Trincao has an impressive 28 goal contributions this season for Arsenal.
Ellis was also there to watch Diomande, a defender who Arsenal have been fans of since his teenage years.
Although Arsenal are well stocked in defence, there are a number of centre backs who could leave this summer.
Jakub Kiwior and Riccardo Calafiori both have doubts over their future after not playing enough this season.
Meanwhile, William Saliba only has two years left on his contract.
Record adds that Arsenal only send Ellis to scout matches when talks over players are reasonably advanced.
This suggests that at least one of these players has a good chance of joining Arsenal this summer.
