Chelsea 'ready to do crazy things' to sign €100m-valued Kvaratskhelia

Chelsea are “ready to do crazy things” to sign Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia next summer, according to reports in Italy.
The Georgia international has attracted serious interest from Europe’s biggest clubs following his outstanding debut season in Serie A last year.
The 22-year-old scored 12 goals and provided 13 assists in the league as Napoli won the Italian top flight for the first time since 1990.
Now, Chelsea are among a host of top teams chasing the dynamic winger, with Manchester City and Real Madrid also reportedly interested.
According to Calciomercato, Chelsea are leading the charge to sign Kvaratskhelia and the Blues are “ready to do crazy things” in order to sign him when next year’s summer transfer window rolls around.
The report also states that a fee of €100 million will be needed for Napoli to consider a sale. Kvaratskhelia’s current deal at the Diego Armando Stadium runs until 2027, meaning the Italian giants are in a strong negotiating position as they seek to retain one of the prized assets.
Chelsea also want Osimhen
Kvaratskhelia isn’t the only Napoli player that Chelsea want to sign either. The west London club are also in the race to sign Victor Osimhen as they look to finally land a clinical forward.
Nicolas Jackson has endured a mixed start to life at Stamford Bridge, while Armando Broja is yet to be given a consistent run of starts at the club, mostly due to injury.
The Telegraph have reported that Osimhen is the Blues' absolute priority for the forthcoming transfer window, with the Nigeria international expected “to be open to a move to Stamford Bridge”.
The 24-year-old has just 18 months remaining on his Napoli contract, meaning a move away is seen as increasingly likely next year as the Serie A side look to turn a profit after spending €75m to sign him from Lille in 2020.
