Musiala to Chelsea? Bayern Munich star's hint he wants a transfer 'home'

Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala has spoken on the “joy” he felt while playing with Chelsea as transfer rumours build that he could return to a club where he played eight years in the academy.
Musiala, 20, is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in world football and signed for Chelsea when he was just eight years old in 2011.
Born in Stuttgart, he returned to Germany before making his professional debut, with Bayern the lucky club to capture the burgeoning youth.

Having broken into FCB’s first team aged 17, becoming the youngest player in the history of the club to play in the Bundesliga, he has gone from strength to strength, playing 127 times for the Bavarian giants and scoring 31 goals.
Rumours have surfaced on social media that Chelsea see Musiala as a player they would like to bring back to the club in the future as a superstar signing.

Musiala on Chelsea
Musiala has spoken fondly of his time at Chelsea in the past.
Asked by L’Equipe earlier this year, he was asked about his dribbling abilities and specifically videos of him as a youth when he would beat multiple opponents.
“It dates from when I played with Chelsea and it gives me a feeling of great joy,” he said. “It was just my way of expressing myself. We scored a lot and everyone played well.
“I had fun and that’s what I try to do at the highest level. No matter the importance of the match, I always try to play like I did when I was 10 years old.”

While Musiala may love London, the prospect of the player returning to Chelsea at this point in his career is slim, with the Germany midfielder absolutely flying with Bayern.
