Chelsea supporters are up in arms over the sale of Lewis Hall to Newcastle, with some even saying that the club’s transfer window has been ruined entirely.

The Blues have spent around £800million on incomings this year, but there have been some concerns over the club’s lack of use of their academy graduates, who have been frozen out of the side or moved on.

And now Hall is set to move to Newcastle as Eddie Howe in an initial loan deal that could rise to £35m.

It’s thought to be Howe’s final incoming of the window.

The 18-year-old has been sold by Chelsea in a bid to keep in line with FFP, with the club having bought in the likes of Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia for around £150m.

Hall is an academy graduate who shined for Chelsea last season as they endured one of their worst-ever seasons in recent memory.

The 18-year-old’s move to St James’ Park has been met with fume online, however, with Chelsea fans pulling their hair out over the transfer of one of their young stars.
