Rabiot to Man Utd will cause TWO further deals

Adrien Rabiot is close to a move to Manchester United, as the club have discussed terms with his agent and mother, and a deal should be done before the end of the transfer window.
United have long been in the market for a midfielder and have targeted Rabiot, with whom talks have accelerated in the last week, as their option.
They’re also hoping to get Frenkie de Jong regardless of what happens with the Rabiot deal, giving their midfield a slightly better look than what they had before.
That deal would trigger a few others to go through, allowing all three clubs involved – Manchester United, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain – to get new midfielders, as the domino effect will benefit the trio.

To replace Rabiot, Juventus have targeted PSG’s Leandro Paredes, as the Italians look to bolster their own midfield, having already got in Paul Pogba after his contract with Manchester United expired at the end of last season.
Like United, Juventus too had a relatively weak midfield which contributed to their failure to win Serie A over the last two seasons, as the championship went to Inter and Milan.
PSG have been looking to sell Paredes as he’s deemed surplus to requirements, having already signed the Portuguese duo of Vitinha and Renato Sanches from Porto and Lille this summer.

In addition to that, they’re also in talks with Napoli over the transfer of Fabian Ruiz, as sporting advisor Luis Campos has been a fan of the Spaniard for a long time.
The Parisians have revamped their transfer policy over the last year, and have focused on building their midfield, which has struggled over the last few years, failing to provide support to Marco Verratti.
The deal for Rabiot from Manchester United will start a flurry of transfer activity towards the end of the window as three clubs will be getting new players.
Of all three, it’s arguably the English side that need new midfielders, as their current players, Scott McTominay and Fred, have struggled to cope with Erik ten Hag’s new style.
