Gabriel Jesus has wasted no time in showing that Arsenal were right to trust in his services up front.
The Brazilian opened his account for the Gunners in his second Premier League game by converting past Leicester City goalkeeper Matt Ward with 23 minutes on the block.
He added another 12 minutes to put the hosts two goals up, before Granit Xhaka and Gabriel Martinelli rounded off a comfortable 4-2 victory to maintain Arsenal's 100 per cent start to the new season.

And the £45 million the Gunners spent on bringing him in from the Etihad Stadium already appears a savvy piece of business.
Indeed, the striker has already equalled the tally of one of his misfiring predecessors over the course of an entire campaign.
Alexandre Lacazette managed just four Premier League strikes in his final season at the Gunners in 2021-22, two of which came from open play.
The new arrival has reached that mark in the space of two games, and promises to add plenty more over the coming weeks and months in an Arsenal team which has impressed greatly in their outings so far.
Jesus explains City departure
"I am so happy because we played so good against a tough opponent," Jesus beamed to Premier League Productions after the final whistle.
"I work all day every day to score goals."
The player also clarified the conditions of his exit from the Etihad, where he had starred for five and a half seasons prior to his Arsenal switch.
"I was not unhappy at Manchester City, I just wanted to play and the club understood," he added.
