A total of 45 players have five-star skill moves in FIFA 23, with EA Sports naming these players as the most skilful in world football.

FIFA 23 released on 30 September and having five-star skill moves remains one of the most valuable assets a player can have in EA Sports’ popular video game.

Skill moves can be used to bamboozle opponents and create goal-scoring opportunities that wouldn’t otherwise be possible. Therefore, as expected, most players with five-star skill moves are either midfielders or forwards, rather than defenders or goalkeepers.

There are four new skill moves available in FIFA 23, with EA Sports adding one new five-star skill move called the ‘Heel Fake.’

It means there are 33 five-star skill moves in FIFA 23, including: Elastico, Reverse Elastico, Advanced Rainbow, Hocus Pocus, Sombrero Flick, Flick Over, and Ball Roll Fake Turn.

Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe and Neymar both have five-star skill moves in FIFA 23, although their Argentine club team-mate Lionel Messi doesn’t. On the other hand, Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo does have five-star skill moves.

Tricky wingers Vinicius Junior, Kingsley Coman and Riyad Mahrez also have five-star skill moves, along with central midfielders Thiago Alcantara, Lucas Paqueta, and Paul Pogba.

Christopher Nkunku, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh, Silas and the aforementioned Coman are the only four Bundesliga players with five-star skill moves, while the Premier League has a total of 13 players with five-star skill moves. That includes Newcastle’s Allan Saint-Maximin, Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha and Manchester United’s quartet of Antony, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Ronaldo.

Serie A has five players with five-star skill moves, while La Liga also has five and Ligue 1 has four.

Aiden McGeady, one of the original five-star skills, once again has been rewarded with five-star skill moves, although he is now at Hibernian and is only 67 rated. He has a skill move named after him, called the McGeady Spin.
