Vinicius Junior AGREES €100m deal as transfer U-turn confirmed

Real Madrid attacker Vinicius Junior is set to put an end to speculation over his future by signing a contract worth €100 million.
Vini Jr has long been linked with a potential move to the Saudi Pro League in a big-money deal, with reports indicating that a world-record transfer fee might help lure the Brazil international to the big-spending league.
A package of €1 billion had been put together by officials in Saudi Arabia to help the dream move become reality.
The 24-year-old had caused frustration internally at Real Madrid over his repeated threats to accept a move to the Pro League and The Transfer Podcast even revealed that Los Blancos were ready to call his bluff and sell him.
Vini at Real Madrid until 2030
Vini Jr will sign a new five-year deal with Real Madrid to put an end to this speculation, AS reports.
He will be paid €20m per year over the course of a contract that will run until 2030. This is an increase of €5m per year and is worth a total of €100m to the Brazil ace.
The Spanish source reports that everything is done for the contract extension with the exception of the player’s signature.

It is expected that the deal will be made official after the Club World Cup, with Real Madrid instead focusing their efforts on signing players in time for them to feature at the competition.
Dean Huijsen has already arrived from Bournemouth, while the long-awaited deal to sign Trent Alexander-Arnold has also been announced.
A central midfielder is also on Real Madrid’s agenda, though it seems that signing such a player before Tuesday’s deadline will not be possible. This is particularly true as a shock deal for Martin Zubimendi has become a genuine possibility, with Arsenal worried they might miss out on the Spain star.
