Hall, 21, was recently described as the “best in the world” by Newcastle captain Bruno Guimaraes after his performance versus Lamine Yamal on Tuesday evening, and interest in his signature has intensified following his display against Barcelona in the Champions League.

That is according to CaughtOffside, who claim that scouts from Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool, Manchester City and RB Leipzig have all been closely monitoring Hall’s progress in recent months.

An official bid has not yet been lodged, but the England defender is set to be the subject of significant transfer interest this summer.

Manchester United have also been tentatively linked with a summer move for Hall, although Newcastle are reluctant to sanction a sale and will reportedly demand a fee of at least €80 million to even begin transfer negotiations.

The former Chelsea star only has three years remaining on his current contract at Newcastle, however Eddie Howe’s side are eager to reward Hall with a new and improved contract in order to secure his services for the foreseeable future.

Arsenal eye Newcastle deals

In addition to Hall, FootballTransfers understands that Arsenal are also interested in fellow Newcastle stars Valentino Livramento and Sandro Tonali ahead of this summer.

The former is regarded as a top target for the right-back position amid rumours that Benjamin White could be sold before the 2026-27 season, while the latter is wanted as midfield depth as Arsenal look to bolster the squad available to Mikel Arteta next year.

However, Newcastle are determined to retain their biggest stars this summer, meaning Arsenal will likely be forced to submit sizeable bids in their pursuit of all three players.
