Klopp instructs Real Madrid to sell Vini Jr

Jurgen Klopp has told Real Madrid that if he is to take over as manager at the Bernabeu, they should accept a €150 million offer from Manchester United for Vinicius Junior.

In turn, Klopp would like to use the windfall from the Brazilian’s sale to “shape the squad to his liking”.

Vini Jr is out of contract at Real Madrid in 18 months and has been struggling to find an agreement with the club over fresh terms, with Los Blancos reluctant to match his salary to that of Kylian Mbappe. This has caused instability at the club, where Alvaro Arbeloa is currently head coach on a semi-permanent basis.

Man Utd fear Semenyo repeat with Anderson deal

Manchester United are concerned that their pursuit of Nottingham Forest duo Elliot Anderson and Morgan Gibbs-White will end with the club missing out on the England pair.

The Red Devils have already seen a similar scenario in January, when they were unable to beat Manchester City to the signing of Antoine Semenyo, and they fear a repeat in this case.

Pep Guardiola’s side are looking for alternatives in midfield due to the imminent departure of Bernardo Silva on a free transfer.

Liverpool to sell Alisson in major keeper change

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson has been targeted by Juventus in a deal that could signal a major change at Anfield.

Reports from Italy indicate that the Serie A side, which was knocked out of the Champions League by Galatasaray in the playoff stage on Wednesday, are seeking an upgrade between the sticks and see the Brazilian as an ideal option.

In the meantime, Olympiacos goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis is being tracked by Arne Slot’s side, with the keeper having kept 14 clean sheets in 22 matches in Greece’s top flight this season.
