Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher believes that Kylian Mbappe has already all but secured a transfer to Real Madrid next summer, but says that he would love Manchester City to sign Fikayo Tomori.

Gallagher was a guest on Tuesday evening during the Champions League match between AC Milan and PSG at San Siro, along with many other VIPs such as David Beckham and Thierry Henry.

What did Gallagher say?

“It's fantastic; I had never been to the San Siro before. This is my first time. It's an extraordinary place,” Gallagher said.

AC Milan must win tonight. PSG has great players, but AC Milan also has a good team.”

When asked which AC Milan player he would like to see at Manchester City, he replied, “An English player like Tomori.”

In a light-hearted note regarding PSG star Mbappé, he quipped, “I think he will go to Real, but if he wants to come to City, he is welcome.”

Mbappe is widely expected to join Real Madrid next summer when his contract at PSG expires.

However, twice before in recent years he has changed his mind on leaving PSG so it can’t be completely ruled out that he would do this once again.

Mbappe failed to find the target on Tuesday in front of Gallagher as PSG lost 2-1 to Milan.

Despite taking an early lead through Milan Skriniar, Milan turned the game around thanks to goals from Rafa Leao and Olivier Giroud.

This has kept Milan’s hopes of qualifying for the last-16 of the Champions League alive.
