Ivan Toney ‘crunch talks’ revealed amid Chelsea, Arsenal, and Man Utd interest

Ivan Toney is set for talks with Thomas Frank ahead of his anticipated departure from Brentford in the upcoming January transfer window.
The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, and even Tottenham, and all been linked to the striker, with speculation heating up over the past week as the Bees star returned to training.
Toney, who netted 20 goals in 33 appearances for Brentford last term, was slapped with a ban from the Football Association owing to breaching betting regulations, resulting in a nine-month ban.
Frank recently spoke about how Brentford would be open to a deal for the right price. "So far we've only sold one in the Premier League, that was David Raya – or that’s a loan but probably will be a sale in the future, I guess. I think every club in the world are a selling club except five or six clubs. We are a selling club, if the right price is there."

And, as per, the Mirror, Toney may leave Brentford in January following a crucial meeting with Frank as the England striker has expressed his desire to take the next step in his career.
Brentford are thought to want £60 million for the forward will be in the final 18 months of his contract in January.
The club would rather have a summer transfer than a winter one to avoid mid-season disruptions, however, it is thought that Toney is determined to pursue a January move, meaning he could well have already played his final game for his current side.
With Toney, it appears that the issue will be down to the players’ preference and which interested party will offer the best package, not only financially, but in terms of prospects going forward.
Chelsea recently told reporters that they are ‘confident’ of landing a deal for Toney despite rival interest.
