The summer transfer market is really starting to get going now, with the volume of completed deals up each day as clubs ready themselves to step up their pre-season preparations.

Teams are scrambling to get transfers over the line as quickly as possible, with big clubs like Manchester United and Chelsea, who have made slower progress than they might have wished so far in the window, eager to get transfers completed.

Official: Man Utd sign Eriksen on a free transfer

Christian Eriksen has completed a free transfer move to Manchester United, signing a three-year deal at Old Trafford.

In the press release for his transfer, Eriksen told the official Man Utd website: "Manchester United is a special club, and I cannot wait to get started. I have had the privilege of playing at Old Trafford many times but to do it in the red shirt of United will be an amazing feeling.''

Arsenal move for €50m star Edmond Tapsoba

Arsenal are preparing a move for Bayer Leverkusen star Edmond Tapsoba, FootballTransfers has learned.

The Gunners have made the signing of a new centre-back one of their priorities for the rest of the summer transfer window.

Manchester City star Raheem Sterling has officially completed his €56 million transfer to Chelsea.

He has signed a five-year contract at Stamford Bridge until 2027.

Sterling has been at the Etihad Stadium since moving from Liverpool in 2015 and has played a big part in the most successful period in club history under Pep Guardiola.

Germany international Leroy Sane has reportedly been offered to Real Madrid by his representatives.

Both Serge Gnabry and Rafael Leao have been tentatively linked, but reports from Spain now suggest that Sane could be the man they pursue.

Chelsea set to sign 18-year-old Arsenal wonderkid

Chelsea are reportedly set to sign Arsenal wonderkid Omari Hutchinson this summer, with the 18-year-old set to join the Blues' U23 side.

Hutchinson has been with Arsenal since the age of 12 and signed his first professional contract with the club in November 2020, but will leave the club to join Chelsea this summer, as reported by The Secret Scout.

Chelsea and Man Utd handed blow as Nkunku rules out 2023 transfer

Christopher Nkunku has ruled out leaving RB Leipzig at the end of the 2022-23 season.

"I did not renew to leave the club next year," said Nkunku, as reported by AS.

The news comes as a blow to the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United, who were thought to be monitoring the situation closely.
