Tottenham have tabled a bid for €20 million-rated English star Djed Spence, FootballTransfers can confirm.
The right-back, 21, who impressed on loan at Nottingham Forest from Middlesbrough last season, has generated an unprecedented amount of interest in recent months.

During April, we understand that ‘over 10 clubs’ declared their interest in Spence.
European giants such as Bayern Munich even sent scouts to watch him play at the City Ground last season.
And at the end of the campaign, a bidding war erupted.
Tottenham and Nottingham Forest are two clubs who have made offers, with Spence’s asking price surpassing €20 million.
Contrary to reports, Spence has not definitively chosen to join Spurs yet. However, Antonio Conte’s side are one of the clubs with a huge foot in the door.
The player and his family absolutely adore Forest and the club have already been putting in a financial effort to extend his stay.
FootballTransfers has been told that Spence still has a decision to make; playing Champions League football but acting as an understudy to a first-team right-back, or staying with Forest.
We understand the allure of European football will be the only thing standing in the way of Spence and Forest continuing their relationship next season.
After Forest secured their return to the Premier League with a playoff final win over Huddersfield, the defender spoke about his affection for the club.
He said via local outlet Nottinghamshire Live: "(This club) means everything to me. I've come here and the fans and gaffer have both taken me in.
"We lose together and win together. We're going up together. This means everything to me."
