Cristiano Ronaldo reacted furiously on the bench after being substituted against Brentford on Wednesday night.
Ronaldo returned from injury to start Man Utd’s 3-1 Premier League win at Brentford.

The Portuguese had a rather quiet evening and manager Ralf Rangnick opted to substitute him on 71 minutes for Harry Maguire while Man Utd were leading 2-0.
This prompted a furious reaction from Ronaldo, who could be seen mouthing off on the bench to a member of the United squad or staff.
It is unclear exactly what Ronaldo was saying but it appeared as if he was asking why he was substituted, while he also threw his arms in the air.

Rangnick could later be seen talking to Ronaldo on the bench and giving him a pat on the leg.
This was the last thing that United needed after a week in which rumours have swirled over Ronaldo’s future at the club and about reported divisions in the dressing room.
There have been numerous reports in the media in recent days that many Man Utd players are unhappy with Rangnick, including Ronaldo.
Ronaldo returned to Man Utd last summer after 12 years away in a much-publicised transfer from Juventus.
The Portuguese superstar was aiming to bring the glory days back to Old Trafford and challenge for major trophies.
However, despite impressing individually with 14 goals in 22 games, the team is enduring a miserable season and are languishing down in seventh position.
This has led to widespread reports that Ronaldo already is looking for an escape out of the club.
Cristiano publicly backed Man Utd manager Ralf Rangnick last week but the feeling among many experts is that he will leave the club in the summer if they don’t qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Wednesday’s win over Brentford did boost their chances of a Champions League spot as they are now two points behind fourth-placed West Ham with a game in hand.
