Lionel Messi one of Barcelona's THREE big summer priorities

Lionel Messi is one of three priorities for Barcelona this summer window.

The club are weighed down by huge financial constraints and need the green light from LaLiga to give the go-ahead to the feasibility plan designed by the sports and financial executives of the club.

This will determine what they are able to do in the summer window.

The first move will be the registration of Ronald Araujo and Gavi. Also, the contractual situation of Sergi Roberto and Marcos Alonso would need to be addressed.

Alejandro Balde, represented by Jorge Mendes, is another one whose deal would need to be sorted.

Messi is another priority - with the player’s contract up next month with PSG.

The Argentine striker s waiting to decide his future. Messi has already said that his intention was to analyse it once the season in France was over.

This helps Barcelona as it gives them time to sort the finances out if they were to make a move for Messi.

As well as an offer from the Catalan capital. Messi, is liked by Inter Miami, while he has an offer from Al-Hilal from Saudi Arabia.

It is thought that the striker wants a competitive project and will not be too fazed by money.

The Catalan club presented the plan to La Liga at the end of April including the forecasts of its operating account for the remainder of the season.

Messi spent two years at PSG but his relationship with the club’s fans have soured.

He has not agreed to any move yet, despite reports earlier this year that he had.
