Bartishvili paperwork done

Arsenal have completed all the necessary paperwork for the signing of Kolkheti wonderkid Andria Bartishvili, as per Fabrizio Romano.

The Gunners agreed a deal worth €4.5 million with the Georgian club last week, with Bartishvili arriving in London earlier this week for his medical. Everything has now been finalised, and the 17-year-old can be "considered a new Arsenal player."

However, Bartishvili will now return to Georgia as FIFA rules prevent teenagers under the age of 18 from moving to the UK. He will stay with loan club Iberia 1999 and formally join Arsenal next summer.

Three deals close

Arsenal are closing in on contract agreements with Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard and Jurrien Timber, TEAMtalk claims.

Fresh discussions with the trio have been held since the end of last season, with negotiations now at an advanced stage. Timber has been close to a new Arsenal contract for the best part of a year, while Rice has also been expected to be rewarded with fresh terms for some time.

The Odegaard talks, on the other hand, are interesting as there was a fair bit of speculation over his future during the summer transfer window. During the World Cup, rumours suggested that he was close to being sold to Turkey, which turned out to be false.

Nwaneri non-negotiable revealed

Arsenal insisted on a recall clause being included in Ethan Nwaneri's loan deal with Borussia Dortmund, Sky Germany has confirmed.

This was a "non-negotiable" for the Gunners amid concerns over their attacking depth following the sales of Leandro Trossard, Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus. However, Dortmund managed to protect themselves with certain provisions.

After being blindsided by Chelsea cutting Aaron Anselmino's loan short last January, BVB made sure to include a deadline in the Nwaneri deal to give themselves enough time to source a replacement. They also won't have to pay a loan fee if the 19-year-old is indeed recalled.
