New Man City superstar makes CATASTROPHIC gaffe
New Manchester City signing Gianluigi Donnarumma made the gaffe of the weekend to cost Italy a goal in the World Cup qualifier against Estonia.
With Italy leading Estonia 3-0 in the second half of their World Cup qualifier in Tallinn on Saturday, Donnarumma dropped a simple cross from the left, allowing Rauno Sappinen to score.

Although the mistake did not affect the outcome as Italy ran out 3-1 winners, it was an embarrassing error from arguably the best goalkeeper in the world.
And, in fact, it was the latest shaky performance Donnarumma has had in Italy's stuttering World Cup qualification campaign. A campaign that is now almost certain to end in Italy settling for a playoff spot behind Norway in Group I.
Donnarumma at Man City
Donnarumma joined Man City on Deadline Day from PSG for a fee of around €30 million.
The Italian has made an outstanding start for the Premier League giants, who have embarked on an excellent run of form since signing the Euro 2020 hero.
The decision of PSG to sell Donnarumma shocked many people as he had been arguably the key player in the club winning the Champions League only a few months earlier.
Pep Guardiola personally pushed for the transfer and hoped the Italian could inspire a team who had made a poor start to the Premier League season.
Having debuted at the age of 16, Donnarumma already has 10 years of experience and over 400 club appearances under his belt for Milan and PSG.
He also has been capped 77 times for Italy, winning Player of the Tournament at Euro 2020 as the Azzurri won the trophy.
He has a particularly impressive record against English teams and on English soil, most memorably in the Euro 2020 final shootout win against England.
