He said via FootMercato: “Ethan Mbappe? The future will tell, I must say that it is clearly the future of the club. He's not finished yet physically, he's training with us. He is a left-handed midfielder with a good level of play. He is intelligent in his game and adapts when he plays with other partners. I'm sure he will soon make his appearance with PSG . Now it remains to be seen when.”

Where will Kylian Mbappe be next season?

It comes after reports that Real Madrid are preparing an offer to present to Kylian in 2024. The France international is set to become a free agent next summer as his deal at the Parc des Princes expires in June.

The 24-year-old refused to sign a new contract during the summer, leaving club president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi to banish him from the side for a period.

He’s come back in and played a key role - but now the suggestion is that Real Madrid are set to return with one final offer for the superstar.

According to Spanish outlet Relevo, Real Madrid are preparing an offer that will be presented to Mbappe in early 2024 - but he will have to respond in quick fashion otherwise they will withdraw the deal.

Mbappe also had the chance to move to the Santiago Bernabeu on a free transfer in 2022 but he surprised everyone by rejecting that in favour of signing a contract extension with the Ligue 1 champions.
