The Napoli star, has given a resolute response when questioned about his future following the club's triumph in Serie A. The 24-year-old Nigerian striker has been a target for Chelsea and Man Utd this summer, having scored 27 goals and provided five assists in 34 appearances this season.

Chelsea, who have struggled for goals in the Premier League this season, are desperate for a new striker and are reportedly interested in Osimhen, who is said to have all the attributes to thrive in the English top-flight.

Napoli are expected to demand around £100million for Osimhen, who has a contract that runs until 2025. Todd Boehly, the owner of the London club, is expected to make significant changes to the squad this summer, with several players set to leave and new signings arriving in key positions. While the Red Devils are said to be prioritising a move for Randal Kolo Muani, Chelsea's pursuit of Osimhen has received a boost.

According to a report from Calciomercato, Boehly is willing to double Osimhen's current €4.5million (£3.9million) salary in order to lure him to Stamford Bridge. However, the fact that Chelsea will not be playing in Europe next season may hinder their chances of securing his signature, especially after his successful season with Napoli, which culminated in their Serie A title win.
