No one can BELIEVE what Man Utd boss Ten Hag just said about Bayern star

Erik ten Hag has made some very interesting comments about Alphonso Davies ahead of Bayern Munich’s Champions League clash with Manchester United.

The Dutchman was interviewed by TNT Sports ahead of the encounter when he started to discuss the battle between Facundo Pellistri and the Canadian defender that is set to take place.

The Man Utd boss may have misspoke but he appeared to claim that Davies was a poor defender.

Ten Hag said live on TV: "He's [Davies] got a lot of speed, and Pellistri can match that. Davies is not a great defender and his dribbling, so yeah, a good game for it [to start Pellistri]. We can have a lot of possession and with Bruno in the No.10, he's creative and a very good presser.”

The quotes went down a storm online, with some saying they could not believe what they were reading, especially given the talent that Davies has.
